Frank Schuermans (°Ghent, 23/01/194) is currently a senior prosecutor-general (attorney-general) at the Ghent Court of Appeal (Belgium).

He is also member of the Belgian and Flemish Data Protection Authority and member of the Belgian Supervisory Body for Police Information.  He is also a member of the Appeal Body for Security Clearences, certificates and advice.

He is an assistant penal law and criminal policy at the IRCP, University of Ghent.
